Alliance Customer: 10 Years
On a whim, Dawn Yarnell turned right instead of going straight. It was her best move ever.
“I wasn’t happy with the current bank I used,” recalls Yarnell. “I was driving down Wanamaker and saw this trailer with a new bank sign on it, so I stopped to grab a brochure.”
Back in 1998, the little trailer was Alliance’s temporary home while the actual building was under construction.
“I walked in and this nice man greeted me and led me to an office,” says Yarnell. “I didn’t realize this down to earth guy was the bank president until I saw his nameplate.”
Yarnell was so impressed that the president had greeted her that she called her dad, a banker himself. He was equally impressed.
“Dad said I’d never regret switching because I’d never receive that kind of personal attention from a big bank,” says Yarnell. “He was right. I’ve never looked back.”
Since that day, Yarnell has made converts out of several of her friends and family members.
“We tell everyone to bank there!” says Yarnell.
According to Yarnell, “Dad knew what he was talking about” when he said Yarnell would enjoy truly personal service from a hometown bank.
“These folks just go out of their way to help,” says Yarnell. “Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for every employee at Alliance.”
